CLIENT:
Comune di Formia – Progetto Giovani
The municipality of Formia had decided to launch an initiative to involve young people in a project of personal, social and civic growth and improvement.
BRIEF:
Designing an attractive but also technical site. To arouse curiosity in young people and encourage them to participate.Collect all the projects and initiatives Collect all the projects and initiatives on the site on the site.
ART DIRECTION:
The Youth Project is essentially based on ideas, creativity to be expressed through projects related to several themes. Aimed at a youth group12- 18.
Turn Formia into a festival of fun and inspiring initiatives to participate in. I started by designing a series of large and ironic icons as buttons for navigation. The sections can be recognized through a banner\card in which the theme, the graphics, the title changes. This is to make the content easily recognizable. The colors are bright but warm. Much attention to the images often with the collage technique, mixed media.
INTERFACE DESIGN:
Portal structure as a choice to accommodate a wide range of content. Making it easy to research\archiving\exposure of children’s projects. Newsletter to inform. Very simple internal templates made interesting by the visuals and creative projects. Need to link to CMS.
+CONCEPT:
The logo I designed: a stylized cornucopia that becomes gestural and graphic but maintains its metaphor of abundance.
